Wolf & Hunter Consulting was founded by Rosie Hunter, PhD. Rosie previously served as a lead consultant at Xefatura Consulting, a data-driven, boutique consulting firm led by business psychologists. As a result of the breadth of experience and clients at Xefatura, Wolf & Hunter is able to leverage a network of PhD-level consultants to scale projects and deliver for clients.

Rosie is a 2022 Presidential Leadership Scholar, a proud veteran of the United States Army, and a Bronze Star Medal recipient. On Active Duty for six years, including on deployment to Afghanistan, she served as a psychologist and leadership coach supporting Army Aviators.

Rosie received a BA in psychology from Emory University and an MS and PhD in clinical psychology from Florida State University. Her clinical specialty is gold-standard, cognitive behavioral approaches to anxiety. Rosie is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
